Mr. Hensley was a wonderful man who welcomed my son and I into his home and fed us the best ribs I have ever eaten. He was kind and giving. We are forever grateful to have known you. Our condolences to the entire Hensley family.

Pat was one of the finest men I ever had the pleasure of being associated with. He was tough but oh so generous and kind. We have worked with Pat on many occasions and he always had a way of getting things worked out fairly. He will always be loved and remembered.

My family and I met Pat almost a year ago.  Being from the old school it just did not seem right not to call him Mr. Pat, but he did not like that. We thought a lot of him and he will be missed.
