Peggy Joyce Wright Taylor

Peggy is survived by her husband of 8 years, Cecil Robert Taylor; daughter, Renee Courtney (David Rotch); two step-sons, Jason Taylor (Elke Holliman) and Bobby (Jennifer) Taylor; step-daughter, Diane Beck; grandson, Joey (Melissa) Courtney; great-grandson, Joey Courtney, Jr.; nine step-grandchildren; and her beloved cat, Bojangles.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse J. Wright and Ettie Bell Burkette Wright; and two brothers, Winfred Wright and Irwin Wright.

A visitation for Peggy will be held Monday, April 2, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Crawford United Methodist Church, 7470 Moffett Rd, Mobile, Alabama 36618. A funeral service will occur Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at Pine Crest Cemetery West, 1599 Snow Rd S, Mobile, Alabama 36695.
