He is preceded in death by his wife of 72 years, Elizabeth Howell, his parents Carlie and Dossie Howell.
Robert was a member of Forest Hill Church of God. He is survived by his son, Robert Howell, Jr., his daughter, Pam Howell Earl, grandchildren, Jeremy (Amelia) Earl, Courtney Earl and Abby(Matt) Valas, great grandchildren, Reese, Gray and Elin Valas, Caitlin Cruz, Avery Earl, Evie and Hanson Tulapan, great great grandchild, Remi Earl.
A special thanks to Saads Hospice for the loving care that they gave to our Dad. Ms. Jackie you will always have a special place in our hearts.
A committal service will be held at Joyner Cemetery, located on Tanner Williams Road, Mobile, Alabama, 36608. The service is scheduled for December 10, 2025 at 11:00 am.
