Sadie Mae Owen

Sadie M. Smith Owen – A native of Bay Minette , AL and long-time resident of Mobile, died at Lexington Medical Center in Lexington, SC on Monday, July 9, 2013. Mrs. Owen was a homemaker and an active member of Crawford Assembly of God Church, and had attended other Assembly of God churches in the south Alabama area during her 88 years of life. She is predeceased by her husband, Thomas L. Owen, a native of Lockhart, AL. She is survived by children Thomas L. (Sandee) Owen, Jr. of Auburndale Florida and V. Jean (Thomas R.) Reeves of Columbia, SC; sisters, Beulah Glassbrook, Annie Clark, and Retha (Willie) Myers of Mobile; grandchildren, Richard (Megan) Owen of Cincinnati, OH, Sonja Reeves (Brett) Ragland and Scott (Debbie) Reeves of Columbia, SC; great-grandchildren, Ellen Owen, Richy Owen, Calvin Owen, and Thomas Owen of Cincinnati, Gracie Reeves, Ashley Ragland, Owen Ragland, Christopher Reeves, Lovella Reeves, Jack Ragland, Aidan Reeves, Luci Ragland, and Joy Reeves of Columbia; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of the Radney Funeral Home In Saraland Alabama on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. with internment in Valhalla Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday beginning at 12:00 noon at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland Alabama.
