Stephen Lee Howard, age 69, native of Florence, AL and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents; Howard S. Howard and Helen M. Pollard, brother, David Brooke Howard and sister, Ginger Howard. Mr. Howard was a graduate of Mars Hill High School in Florence, attended Alabama Christian where he was awarded a basketball scholarship and was a graduate of ITT Tech with an Electrical Tech degree. He worked for Doormatic of Mobile for over 15 years. Mr. Howard is survived by his wife, Ann Hunter Howard, step-father, Roy Pollard and brother, Robert Gary Howard (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Tri-city Memorial Gardens on Highway 72.
