Vincenzo James Russo - an 84 year-old native of Bronx, New York and a resident of Mobile passed away Monday, April 15, 2013. He retired from the New York Police Department after many years of service. Mr. Russo is survived by his wife, Ruth M. Russo; step-daughter, Sabrina Poole (Steve); step-grandchildren, Katelyn and Kristin Poole; brother, Mario Russo; sister, Evelyn; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from Christ United Methodist Church on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at 12 noon with Rev. Jeff Spiller officiating.
