Wallace Richard Harper, Jr. “Dick” – Passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012, in a local health care facility. He was 67 years old, a retired retail store manager, avid University of Alabama football fan, and a lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama. He is survived by one son, Doug Harper; one granddaughter, Emilee Harper; his former wife, Rita Harper, all of Mobile; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Vivian Harper of Baton Rouge; nieces, nephews, cousins; and a special friend, Jesse Mosley. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. in Springhill Memorial Gardens with Rev. Joel Calhoun officiating.
