

Mrs. Watts was one of twelve children born to Lawrence and Mondra Cecil on June 13, 1944. Always one to put others before herself, Wanda sacrificed immeasurably to guarantee the happiness of those dearest to her.
She is survived by two daughters: Angela Marie Morganthall of LaGrange, Georgia and Deborah Louise Elmore of Linden, Alabama- three grandchildren: Jody Edwin Elmore (Dana) of Boligee, Alabama, Alison Elmore Sumlin (Clint) of Demopolis, Alabama, and Joshua Shane Morganthall (Shelby) of Mobile, Alabama- and three great grandchildren: John Tyler Elmore, Ian Marshall Morganthall, and Karlie Mae Elmore.
Surviving members of the Cecil family cotton picking brigade are Dorothy (Buster) Reed, Glenda (Curtis) Baker, Brenda (Daryl) Littleton, Alice (Ricky) Davidson, Kathy (Denny) Lewis, and Charles (Janice) Cecil.
Mrs. Watts is preceded in death by her husband Willard Marshall "Bill" Watts, father Lawrence Aloweese Cecil, step father Jack Bell, and mother Mondra Marie Evett. She is now re-united in Heaven with sisters Evelyn Deloach (Sole) and Linda Allison (Charles). Brothers Melvin (Claudette) Cecil, Gene (Elsie) Cecil, and Paul (Susan) Cecil are asked to refrain from calling Wanda "chunky monkey" in front of St. Peter.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm at Radney Funeral Home-Mobile. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 2:30 pm at the funeral home chapel.
