Dr. Win Ritchie, a World War II veteran, and wife Nell went to Heaven on August 17 and August 22, respectively. Both native Louisianians and LSU graduates, Win and Nell were married in 1945 and have lived in Mobile since then. Win practiced optometry and they raised their family of 4- Ruth Barker (Mike), Pam Roesch (Steve), Kitty York (Jay) and Allen (Melissa). They have 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. A joint celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Springhill Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Mission of Hope or Sav-a-Life.
