Elizabeth was a proud wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She found joy in simple things, like the sunny days in her yard, gardening with her husband, crocheting cozy blankets for her family and friends, and singing karaoke with her grandkids. She will forever be remembered by her grandkids for her famous performance of Roxanne. Which she would still laugh about until her last days. She was a strong determined woman, spoke her mind, enjoyed the little things and loved her family dearly. She worked for many years as a beautician, where she met lifelong friends, and then transitioned into a dispatcher for a local trucking company where she met the love her life, Gary. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered as Big Liz, not for her stature, but for the love and happiness she brought to all that knew her.
