Elizabeth Terese Picard passed away of bladder cancer on December 26, 2025. She is survived by Mother: Mary Ellen Picard, Siblings: Katie Caldwell, Mary Susan Picard (John DuFresne), and Margaret Jacobs. Nieces: Therese Caldwell, Vanessa Caldwell (Lavall McNulty), and Anna Otremba (Justin Otremba); Nephews: Patrick Jacobs, Dan Jacobs (Jordan Mliner) Grandniece: Payton Jacobs. Predeceased by father: Arthur Picard, brother-in-law: Peter Caldwell, brother-in-law: Glen Jacobs.
Liz had a huge heart, especially for the downtrodden, and never missed an opportunity to provide money or goods to those who were in need. Her diligence and dedication as an Infrastructure Service Delivery Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield was unwaveringly admirable. Liz was loyal, fun, and loving to her friends, family, and cats. Her sense of humor was unmatched; she had a way of seeing the world that was uniquely funny and entertaining and was able to bring humor in any type of situation. Liz’s beautiful smile and wit will be truly missed.
