

Archibald was born on March 14, 1951, in Kingston, Jamaica, to the late Isaiah Nicholson and Roselda Warden. He attended Grove Primary School and Papine High School in Kingston, Jamaica. He later graduated from Albertus Magnus College. Archibald had a long and dedicated career with Pitney Bowes, where he worked as a computer diagnostician. He was actively involved in his church and various nonprofit organizations.
Archibald’s smile was contagious, and he brought warmth and joy to everyone around him. He loved spending time with his family and had a passion for cooking. Known for his compassion and generosity, Archibald cared deeply for others. He was an outspoken, God-fearing man who loved to dance and enjoyed traveling.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Isaiah Nicholson and Roselda Warden.
Archibald is survived by his significant other, Rosa Santos; his children, Tashima Haley, Dwaynne Nicholson, and Monique Nicholson; his siblings, Brenton Davis, Elaine Edwards, and Michael Warden; five grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
Archibald was deeply loved by all who knew him and will be dearly missed. Above all, he loved his children—they were his pride, his purpose, and his greatest blessing. Through them, his memory will live on.
Visitation will be held at Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe, CT 06468, US, on April 25, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
A Celebration of Life will be held on April 25, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, with Pastor Ariel of Silliman Memorial Baptist Church officiating.
