He was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Arlyne Fox. Gerry was born in Bridgeport on Nov. 26, 1933. He is the son of the late Clifford and Alice Fox. He served in the Coast Guard and spent time on the Bark Eagle. Gerry graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a Bachelor’s degree. He worked in advertising his entire career. He was a proud, lifetime member, of the Pequonnock Yacht Club.
Gerry was the loving father to Kevin Fox and his wife Leslie and his daughter, Sheila Fox. He was also a wonderful grandfather to Kellie House (Garrett) and Sara Fox and most recently became a great grandfather to Nolan House. Gerry’s burial will be private.
