Joseph A. Endresz, 84, of Shelton, husband of Margaret Oswald Endresz, died Thursday September 5th at Yale Medical Center. Born in Budapest, Hungary on July 3, 1929, he was the son of the late Jozsef and Terezia Renner Endresz. Prior to his retirement, he was a New York State Bank Examiner. In addition to his wife, Joseph is survived by a son Andrew Endresz, a daughter Andrea Endresz-Vlachos, son-in-law Constantine Vlachos and two grandsons, Nathial and Matthew Endresz-Vlachos. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, September 10th at 10:00 am at St. Emery Roman Catholic Church 838 Kings Highway Fairfield. Interment will follow in Monroe Center Cemetery, Monroe. Friends may visit Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Spadaccino & Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home. 315 Monroe Turnpike Monroe.
