Thomas Raymond Foote, Tommy, born in Bridgeport CT on July 10, 1958, passed away Saturday July 23rd. He was the loving son of Elizabeth Foote and the late Loren Foote. Brother to Gary and Amy Silva, and her husband Ron. Graduating from Sacred Heart University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, he was a proud owner of a successful business for over 35 years. Tom was charming and goofy all at the same time. He was funny and creative and enjoyed spending time with all of his family on Cape Cod. He will be greatly missed by many, especially his family Janet, Laura, and Brian. A memorial service will be held on Thursday July 28th at 5:30 PM at Stratford United Methodist Church, Located at 2600 Main Street, Stratford CT.
