Frances L. Schwartz was born July 28, 1924 in Los Angeles, CA and died May 9, 2015 in Monroe, WA of a stroke. She is survived by her husband, Daniel, her four children, Tana Skewis, David Shands, Chris Shands, and Daniel Shands, seven grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. A memorial service celebrating Frances’s life will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 2:30pm at Startup Seventh Day Adventist Church, 35808 Old Sultan-Startup Rd., Startup, WA 98293. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to provide song books for Regency Care Center.
