Jennifer Lynn Lund, age 49 of Gold Bar, Washington died April 7th surrounded by her family. Jennifer was born March 7, 1962 in Meriden, Connecticut. As a toddler Jennifer moved to Simi Valley, California for several years and then on to the Skykomish Valley in Washington. She attended the Sultan and Monroe High Schools followed by the Everett Community College where she achieved her Registered Nursing License. Jennifer worked in several hospitals in the Seattle-Everett area including Emergency rooms at Everett Providence and Monroe Valley General. Jennifer was a talented health care provider that provided excellent care to each of her patients. Jennifer was a volunteer Firefighter – EMT for Snohomish County Fire District # 26 in Gold Bar. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Jennifer could always make anyone laugh regardless of the situation with her great dry sense of humor. Words are unable to describe how she will be missed by her family and friends that loved her so dearly.
In addition to her husband Eric Andrews, she is survived by her mother Louise Kennedy her daughters, Ashlee Lund and Marin Andrews, her sons Kenny Mattson, Bryson Andrews, and Alex Lund, her brothers, Dan Allen, John Allen, Mike Allen and Rick Allen, and her grandchildren, Bradley Mattson, Mia Mattson, Hazen Shopbell Jr., and Ella Andrews. She was preceded in death by her father William Kennedy, father in law, Jerry Andrews and her sister Delilah Allen.
Services will be held at the Mountain View Valley Chapel (230 Lewis Ave) in Gold Bar, Saturday April 16th at 11:00 AM. Donations may be made the American Lyme Disease Foundation.
