Sharon(Shari) Anne Hunter, born July 31, 1942 in Seattle, WA, departed this life suddenly on September 11, 2015 in Seattle, WA. She was 73. Sharon was a kindergarten teacher in Seattle, retiring after 31 years. She continued teaching for 8 more years in Gold Bar. She loved sewing and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Larry Hunter, son Norman Hunter of Everett, niece, Leslie Wilder and nephew Kyle Horn (who Shari was like a mother to), siblings Jan Gill and Jay Ferris of Snohomish, Patti Dallas of Marysville, numerous nieces and nephews, and her special great-nieces (who were like granddaughters to her), Alexis and Morganne Wilson. A Memorial Mass honoring Sharon’s life will be held on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015 at 1PM at St. Mary of the Valley Catholic Church, 601 W. Columbia St., Monroe.
