

Homer Fuller Jr. was born on May 4, 1941 in Forney, Texas to the proud parents of Homer Fuller Sr. and Jewel Fuller. Homer has three living brothers Jessie, Lewie and Leon; and five sisters Kris, Bertha, Doris, Annie and Glenda.
When Homer was a young boy his family relocated to Blyth, California, where he meet his childhood sweetheart Irene Smith “Reno” and later graduated from “Palo Verde Valley High School”. Shortly after high school Homer and Irene were married on June 16, 1962 in Winter Haven, California. Irene gave birth to their first child Minette, and then a year later gave birth to Rita. Shortly after the birth of their first two children the family relocated to Duarte, California, and had five more kids Chanell, Danita, son Tamaru, Tanisha and Tyisha. In 1970 Homer and Irene purchased their first home on Felberg Avenue were they raised their
children.
Homer was a hardworking man, who over the years had many jobs. He worked as a forkleft Operator, security guard, truck driver ,raising mixer and a part time farmer. He was a proud husband and father and made sure his family was well taken care of.
Homer had many hobbies, but the one’s he loved the most were listing to Blues music and attending to his small farm. Homer was known for entertaining his friends and family with his great stories and life experiences. He would sit on his front porch and listen to Blues and Latin music while drinking his favorite beverage(liquid gold). Any one that was in Homer’s favor was welcomed to his home and into his family.
Homer left behind his loving wife Irene of 52 years, 7 children, 29 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, daughter-In-Law Cynthia Fuller, son In-law Paul Casilan, 8 sisters and brothers and a host of nephew, nieces and cousins. His father Homer Fuller Senior, mother Jewel Valentine and grandson Patrick Fuller preceded him in death.
