The most beautiful wife, most beautiful mom, the most beautiful person.
Ivonne Maravilla Long, 66, passed away Friday February 3, 2017, at Arcadia Methodist hospital, with her family by her side.
Ivonne, frequently called "Doll or Dolly," due to her beautiful skin, and doll like features growing up, was born in the Philippines on November 7, 1950 to Rosa Pe Sanchez and Mariano C. Maravailla.
In 1975, Doll graduated with honors from the Philippine Women's University with a focus on religion and economics. After having her first child, Kristel, she decided to move to America, in search of a better life. With the help of her sister Girlie, Dolly soon found a job at Prudential, where she also found her soon to be husband, Dan.
Not long after their wedding, her second child, Brian, was born, and Dolly started a new job with fine jewelry at Robinsons May. It's here, that she really shined. Amongst all the diamonds, ruby's, and gold, Doll had a shine about her, that sparkled in the most beautiful ways. She had an honesty about her that would just make people open up and show her their true selves. She was a mother figure to many and loved by everytone
Ivonne is survived by her husband, Dan; two children, Kristel (Gary) and Brian (Tiff); and by many many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother and beloved sister Girlie
