It is with a heavy heart that we share with you that our dear loved one, Morgan Gene Scott, was taken from this world on June 24, 2023.
Morgan was a loving uncle, brother, and son. He was the only brother amongst three sisters. Growing up, Morgan was a spirited young man; he enjoyed music, building model cars, and comic books.
Some of our fondest memories with him were spent at the park, tossing around a ball with the kids, or sharing his love of comic books and action figures with whoever would listen. In his younger years, Morgan was a stand-in father for his nieces and nephews when their fathers had gone absent.
In his later years, Morgan was a lone wolf. He walked a long, hard road in this life. But we take solace in knowing that Morgan’s pain is over now and that he is in God’s hands. His soul may rest easy in the afterlife with his mother Sharon, grandmother Mary Josephine and sister Patsy. We will miss him dearly.
