Mr. Burnett is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Mary Alice; children, Barbara Standifer (Phil), Danny Burnett, Wanda Rasmussen (Eric), Regina Naish (Dwayne), Alan Burnett, and Angel Moore (Tony); grandchildren, Scott Burnett (Tiffany), Brianna Deal (Jason), Joshua Standifer, Tommy Rasmussen (Gigi), Roxanne Rasmussen, Emma Burnett, Jacob Burnett, Jordan Sturgis, Jade Burnett, Jensen Burnett, Tabitha Moore, Amber Honeycutt (A.J.) and 2 step grandchildren, Stephen Moore and Nikki Moore; brother, James Burnett (Elaine). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Callie Standifer
There will be a visitation for Mr. Burnett on Friday, January 12th from 6pm until 8pm at Rockco Funeral Home in Montevallo. His service will be on Saturday, January 13th at 2pm at Rockco. Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens in Calera.
