Billie Sue Glasgow

Lu Lu worked at Shelby Baptist Medical Center as a phlebotomist for over 35 years until her retirement. She was a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed being in her garden tending to her flowers and spent her Saturday afternoons watching Alabama football. Roll Tide! She loved spending time with her family especially her grands and great grandchildren.

Billie Sue is preceded in death by her parents, Jess and Doris Henson; son, Jamie Glasgow; brother, Mickey Henson; sister, Jessica Lippeatt.

She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Wright (Rocky); son, Tim Glasgow (Lisa); granddaughters, Kristen Brantley (Joseph), Rebecca Cox (Alan), and Courtney Wright; great-grandchildren, Caitlin Bearden, Addyson Cohen, Bradley Cohen, and Finley Brantley; and a host of nieces, nephews, and her fur baby, Chaucer.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, November, 5 2023 at 2:30pm at Elliottsville Presbyterian Church Hwy 119, Alabaster, Al.
