Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Holcomb; her son, Rodney Howton; parents, Paul and Elizabeth Garner; brother, Joe Garner; and sisters, Charity Ann Garner and Barbara Edwards. She is survived by her sister, Judy Hyde (Wayne); brother, Mike Garner (Becky); sister-in-law, Betty Gore; brother-in-law, Ken Edwards; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Carol will be held Wednesday, July 24, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo), 3715 Highway 25, Montevallo, AL 35115, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Bro. Shannon Allen will officiate.
Carol will be laid to rest in Cahaba Valley Cemetery, Brierfield, AL.
