Danny was such a great guy to work with.  I will miss him and so will Regions Bank.

I worked with Danny at Southtrust. We called on Danny on a regular basis. Danny was a key piece to the stability of the SouthTrust family. He will be missed.

I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of Danny. I worked with him at SouthTrust for several years and he was always helpful when I needed him for something and once he got to know you, he was a good guy to chat with. He will be greatly missed!

My family has known Danny, Anne and Renae for many many years and I've worked with him at Regions the past three years.  It saddens me so that he has passed from this earth in such an untimely manner.
He is very well thought by all here at Regions.
May his precious memories comfort all in this time of sorrow.

December 2nd was a sad day for us at Regions. Danny was a dedicated and dependable guy who would go above and beyond when asked for help. Just recently I asked him a quick question and he didn't have the information I was looking for. I told him not to worry about it- it wasn't important enough to take time away from his work and I could do more research. He didn't listen though; he followed through and stuck with the issue until I had it figured out. That was the kind of guy he was. A few of our younger associates have expressed that it took some time to get to know him, and that's true- he was a quiet, steady person. Once you got to know him though, he would always have a smile and a little joke (and even grin at my silly jokes). I'm glad I got to know him. Condolences to the Dyer family- Danny will be missed at Regions.

I worked with Danny for many years at SouthTrust.  Danny had a very gruff voice but a heart of pure gold.  I haven't seen Danny since I retired, but I am thankful for all the great memories I have of him.  The Dyers will be in my thoughts and prayers.  May God bless and comfort you at this sad time.

I am so very sorry to hear of Danny's passing. We graduated from high school the same year 1963. I remember Danny was always friendly and nice to everyone. I so wished we could have talked him into coming back to some of our reunions I would have loved seeing him again. His family will be in our thoughts and prayers. JoAnn Johnson Crane Class of 1963.

Danny was a sweet teddy bear to me.  I've known him since the early 90's.  It breaks my heart to here of his passing.  Prayers of strength and comfort to his family and close friends.

Although Danny and I have worked in the same department for the past 7 years, we didn't interact much. But during the RegionsConnects project, we worked closely together. I quickly learned that his bark was worse than his bite. I will truly miss my gentle teddy bear.

I worked at SouthTrust Bank with Danny and am so sorry to hear about this. My family and I will be praying for the Dyer family.

Danny and I went to Jr High and high school together.  I hadn't seen him in 50 yrs but never forgot him. Always was nice to me. My deepest sympathy to his family.

I went to school with Danny in Bessemer. Danny's parents owned Dyer's grocery on Fairfax Avenue in Jonesboro, Bessemer, Al, a few blocks from my family's home. They were a nice family.  My prayers and sympathy go out to Danny's family. May the Lord comfort you now and in the future. Rest in peace, Danny.

I first met Danny in 1992 when I started working at SouthTrust.  Back then we were in a converted grocery store in Woodlawn. I then work with him at Regions.  I consider Danny a friend and my thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I'll miss Danny. I was scared to talk to Danny at first, because I thought he was mean. After getting to know him I found he was just a silly loving guy. He was always eager to answer my questions and help me with work. My prayers are with his family and friends.

I worked directly with Danny at SouthTrust from 1994 - 1998 and indirectly with him at Regions.  He was a genuinely good person.  He talked about his daughter often and how proud he was of her.

Danny was a dear person and will be missed by all.I wishI. I could do something but I will honor Danny by sending money to the Humane society.God bless him and his family.
