Glenn Edward Dabbs Jr.

Glenn Edward Dabbs Jr., age 24, of Montevallo, Alabama passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022. He was a graduate of Montevallo High School where he played tuba and electric bass with the Montevallo Troubadours. He attended Jefferson State Community College. He worked for several years at Domino's before going to work at Southeastern Food Merchandisers as a forklift driver. Edward was a member of Montevallo First Baptist Church and used his musical talents to worship God at various churches including 16th Street and Montevallo First. He loved his Mustang GT5.0, playing with his gaming buddies, and his cat, Ninja Kitty.

Edward is survived by his father, Glenn E. Dabbs, Sr.; his mother, Patricia A. Dabbs; three brothers, Joseph Aaron Dabbs (Elizabeth), Joshua Dabbs (Felicia) and Timothy Pollock; two sisters, Amanda Stripling and Camen Dabbs; eight nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A visitation for Glenn will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Montevallo First Baptist Church, 660 Main St, Montevallo, AL 35115, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Dr. Terry Sutton will officiate.

Glenn will be laid to rest in Montevallo City Cemetery, Highway 73, Montevallo, Alabama.
