

Nancy Ann Terrell Trimble, age 81, of Pelham, Alabama, passed away at home on Sunday, April 28, 2019. She was born in St. Paris, Ohio to Gaylord and Betty Terrell. She met her future husband in 1st Grade in Cable, Ohio where they grew up. She graduated in 1955 and was married on February 10, 1956. She supported her husband in his pastoral ministry in Michigan, Maryland, Tennessee and Florida. Most recently, she was a member of Cornerstone Church in Helena. She served as President of the Women's Auxiliary in Michigan for 7 years and was a compelling speaker. She earned a degree in Child Development at age 58, and she and her husband opened Berea Day Care at Free Will Baptist Church in Battle Creek, Michigan. She was a classy lady, a devoted Christian, a loving wife, and wonderful mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Tom Trimble; and grandson, Aaron Trimble. Left to treasure her memory are her husband, Rev. Robert "Bob" Trimble; daughter, Teresa Ann Howden (Allan) of Oliver, BC, Canada; son, Rev. Tim Trimble (Rhoda) of Pelham, AL; daughter-in-law, Barbara Ann Trimble; ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; sisters, Dixie Bodey (Larry) of Inglewood, FL and Sharon Borland (Bill) of Urbana, OH; brother, Rick Terrell of Urbana, OH; sister-in-law, Opaline Watkins of West Liberty, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo). Her funeral service will be on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 10:30 AM at Cornerstone Church in Helena, with burial to follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Rev. Tim Trimble will officiate.
