He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard L. Smith, Jr., and Ray Ceil Smith.
Survivors include his wife, Bert Smith; children, Todd Wayne (Starla) Smith, and Tracy (Claude) Smith; grandchildren, Bailey Smith, Macey Smith, Jami Smith, Jodi Smith, Lauren Smith, Anna Claire Smith; brother, Leonard Paul Smith; nephew, John Paul Smith; nieces, Angie Rackley, and Page Smith.
There will be a private graveside service at Greenwood Serenity Cemetery. Leak Memory Chapel is directing.
