Euvene A. Ryals, 98, of Montgomery, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 70 years, Jim F. Ryals. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by two daughters, Susan (John) York, Paula (Carlton) Winton; grandchildren, Jennifer (Fred) Rogers, Lyndsay (Patrick) Anderson, Andrew (Katie) Winton, Jessica (Kevin) Laws, and 7 great grandchildren. She was a charter member of Eastern Hills Baptist Church and retired from the Montgomery County Board of Education.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 1:00pm at Leak Memory Chapel with a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens. The family would like to express their gratitude for the compassion and care provided by Home Instead Senior Care and SouthEast Hospice. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastern Hills Baptist Church.
