Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick Haskell Marshall, Jr. and Layla Fuller Marshall. He is survived by his sister Nan M. Sims (Carl) of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, niece Elizabeth S. Vess of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, and nephew J. Carlton Sims, Jr. of Montgomery, Alabama.
A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 11:00 am.
