Helen N Hildreth

Helen North Hildreth, 86, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away Monday, December 6, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Marcellus and Mary Ettie Pierce North and a sister, Gladys Louise North. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Allison Van Hildreth of Montgomery, AL, daughter, Cheryl Hildreth Christian (Tom) of Titus, AL, three grandchildren, Dr. Stephen Richard Christian (Maddelle) of Florence, SC, Allison Christian Frost (Derek) of Montgomery, AL, Brian Thomas Christian (Lynn) of Kennesaw, GA, six great-grandchildren, Bryce Marcella Christian, Caulder Damon Christian, John Alan Frost, Anna Elizabeth Frost, Christian Michael Frost and Andrew Thomas Christian. She was born in Tuscaloosa on June 4, 1924, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Montgomery. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, Dec. 10, at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park Cemetery, with Rev. Derek Frost officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 9 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Leak Memory Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Montgomery or to the charity of your choice.
