Helen Ruth Loeb

She was preceded in death by her father James L. Loeb.

She is survived by her mother Joan Byck Loeb, her siblings Elizabeth Friedman (Glen) Patricia Rosenbaum (Maurice), James Loeb Jr. (Carol). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Allison, Michelle and Laura Rosenbaum, Andrew and Jonathan Friedman, Hannah, Sarah Claire and Catherine Loeb. A special thanks to Elizabeth Parks for her many years of friendship.

Helen was a student at Lincoln College in Lincoln, Ilinois. Returning to Montgomery, she became a teacher assistant in the Montgomery Public School system for almost 10 years. She had a special love for those with challenges and spent her life volunteering at The Family Sunshine Center, MACOA, Father Walter, Father Purcell, and The Janice Capilouto Center for the Deaf. She received several awards for her dedication.

A visitation will be held on Sunday April 2nd at 1:00 pm at Leak Memory Chapel with Services to follow at 2:00 pm. Graveside Services will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
