James Arnold Spann, SMSgt, USAF, (ret), passed away at his home on Sunday, January 1, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Barbara M. Spann; stepson, Keith Nelson; stepdaughter, Kellie Nelson; sisters, Barbara Pinckard (Bill), Jeanette Gillman (Fred), Patricia Wise (Norman); brother, Wendell Spann (Marilyn); and granddaughter, Amanda Ortega. A memorial service will be at a later date.
