Janice P McLane

December 10, 2012, at sixty years of age. She is survived by her

husband of 30 years, Reagan James McLane, a son, Andrew Reagan and

daughter, Mari (Jonathan) Kraljic and a new grandson John Thomas

(Johnny) Kraljic. She is survived by her Mother and best friend Marilyn

Pickett, brothers Jack Pickett (Jerry) and Edward Pickett (Judy). She is

also survived by nieces, Margaret-Ann Pickett, Katherine Lane Pickett,

Elizabeth Dowe Pickett, and Anna Rose Pickett and nephew Joshua Pickett.

Janice was a 1975 Graduate of Huntington College and earned a

Master's degree from the University of Alabama in 1979. She was a

long-time instructor at South University, touching the lives of many.

The funeral will take place at St John's Episcopal Church on Saturday

December 15, 2012 at 11:00 am, with Rev. Robert Wisnewski

officiating. Visitation with the family will be held at 10:00 am in the St.

John's Library. A graveside service will held following the funeral at

Greenwood Cemetery with all invited to attend. Students, staff and

faculty of South University will serve as pallbearers.
