Her favorite pastimes were spending time with family, especially at her late brother’s lake house, enjoying God’s creations by birdwatching, caring for her outdoor plants, and reading Scripture.
Glamorous and ebullient, June loved people and was well known for her smile and sparkling presence that radiated joy wherever she went. She deeply loved her family and was always the life of the party. She was called ‘Kee’ by her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
