Louise Riley Taylor, 97, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 10:00AM – 11:00AM at White Chapel Greenwood Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 11:00AM with Rev. Rhon Carleton officiating. Burial will take place at Alabama Heritage Cemetery. Mrs. Taylor worked at various clerical jobs throughout her life, but she mainly worked as secretary with the Alabama State Lions Clubs, Huntingdon College, and finally retiring with the State of Alabama Finance Department. She was born in Milledgeville, GA to the late Lonnie and Minnie Adams Riley. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Pathene Riley Brown and brother, Lonnie Donald Riley. Ms. Taylor is survived by her sons, Robert S. Taylor (Sharon), William R. Taylor (Anita); grandchildren, Rob S. Taylor (Marci), Dylan Taylor, Colin Taylor, Kenneth Tatum (Sherry); great grandchildren, Aubrie Faith Taylor, Connor Johnson, Joey Johnson, Alexis Johnson, Issac Johnson, Jewel Johnson; and niece, Joan Helton (Julian). The family would like to thank the staffs at Angels for the Elderly and Wetumpka Health and Rehab for the wonderful care they gave to Ms. Taylor.
