Martha Webb, a beloved and compassionate individual, passed away on December 11, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on September 22, 1934, Martha was a resident of Montgomery, Alabama. She was known for her hard-working nature, honesty, and faithful spirit.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. C. C. Hidle and Nola Jane Hidle, her beloved husband of 52 years, Nathan J. Webb, her brother Lawton Hidle, her sister Barbara Hidle Strickland, her son Donnie Jay Webb, and her granddaughter Amanda Webb Williams. She is survived by her son Mark Webb (Lori), her daughter Rhonda Webb Theriot (Willy), her grandchildren Nathan Webb, Joshua Webb, Carl Lyness, and Alex Webb, as well as her brothers Charles Hidle and Haold Hidle, and her sister Mary Little.
Throughout her career, Martha worked as a receptionist at the Assembly of God Conference Building. She was actively involved in most aspects of the First Assembly of God in Montgomery, Alabama, and was known for her heart for missions and sharing her faith.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation at Leak Memory Chapel, located at 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama, on December 19, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm. A Celebration of Life Chapel Service will follow at the same location at 2:00 pm, with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Martha's legacy of compassion and faithfulness will be cherished by all who knew her.
