Marzee K. Tew

Marzee King Tew passed away on August 8, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Hubert, Sr.; brother, Slater “Doc” King; sister, Josephine Cook; and daughter-in-law, Patricia Norris Tew. She is survived by her daughter, Norma Watts (Bill) of Vestavia, AL; son, John Tew, Jr. (Barbara) of Prattville, AL; daughter, Carol Strickland (Milton) of Pike Road,AL; seven grandsons, B.J. Watts, Greg Watts, Eric Watts, Russell Watts, Trey Tew, Todd Tew, and David Strickland; two granddaughters, Leigh Desmarais and Tamara Blair; twenty two great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends. A visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 10:30-11:30AM with a Chapel Service following at 11:30AM. Minister Buddy Bell will be officiating. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Family would like to extend a special thanks to Crowne HealthCare and Comfort Care Hospice. In lieu of flowers family asks that donations be made to AGAPE of Montgomery in her honor.
