Nancy Jean Myrick, 63, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021. Born in Albany, Georgia to Allie Gene Turman Sr. and Mary Nell Young Myers, she was known by many as a florist at Rosemont Gardens in Montgomery, AL. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wayne Myrick and her sister Virginia "Genny" Nell Sexton. She is survived by her brother Gene Turman Jr. (Sharon); Nephew Jacob Turman, Nieces Rhonda Sexton and Robin Parkhurst (John). Nancy leaves behind a multitude of great nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.
Mrs. Myrick enjoyed flowers, but she delighted in the children that called her "Nanny." She cooked and pampered and doted over her family from a very giving heart. An Alabama fan, she was known more for her love of family than anything else.
A visitation for Nancy is set for Saturday, February 5, 2021 at 9:00 am followed by a Celebration of Life Chapel Service at 10:00 am at Leak Memory Chapel. A private family committal is set for a later date.
