Pearl Lee Lucas Herrick of Montgomery passed away peacefully at home on September 20, 2016. Born in Montevallo, Alabama on April 25, 1921. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Lt Col Roger Murray Herrick and her daughter, Mary Emogene Simon. She is survived by her son David Phillip Herrick(Darlene), grand children Wilson Murray Herrick, William Bates Herrick, Ann Lucas Herrick , Michele Lee Botelho, Melissa Lynn Botelho, Jennifer Elizabeth Ruble, Jon David Simon, the late Jeffery Alexander Simon and Jeremy Herrick Simon. She is also survived by numerous great and great great grand children. Services will be held graveside at Greenwood Cemetery on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 4:00pm. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Samaritan Counseling Center, 2911 Zelda Rd. Montgomery, Al, 36106.
