Rosie "Rosa" Lee Campbell

Rosie "Rosa" Lee Campbell, 82, of Ramer passed at her beloved home on Monday, March 2, 2026. Rosa was born in Montgomery, Alabama on January 7, 1944, to Raleigh and Lorene Postma. She grew up in Montgomery and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1962. She started her career in the dental field while still in High School and worked for the same dental practice for over 50 years. She married her high school sweetheart and was married for 49 years until his passing in 2012. She remained in their home in Ramer, AL which they moved to in 1975. She loved living in the country. Rosa was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many over the years.

Rosa is preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Campbell Sr., her parents, 3 sisters and 3 brothers. She is survived by her son, Richard A. Campbell Jr. and his wife Tammy; one granddaughter, Charlie Lee Campbell Nikas and her husband Ryan, one grandson Richard A. Campbell III "Tripp" and his wife Caroline; one great grandson Richard A. Campbell IV "Ford" and one brother Donald Postma Sr. She will be missed by her beloved cats Gus and Sunny.

Family and Friends Visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109, on March 6, 2026, at 1:00 pm followed by a Graveside Service held at Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens at 2:00 pm. Dr. Daniel Atkins officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Montgomery Humane Society.
