Sara Bender Moore

Sara was a graduate of Greenville High School and Massey Draughon Business College. She was a manager at Jim Massey Cleaners; A member of Asbury Methodist Church and Capital Heights Methodist Church of Montgomery.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur Bruce Bender and Mamie Gladys Arant Bender; husband, Wilburn ”Bill” Farrell Moore; and sister, Lila Agnes Bender Freeman (Tom).

Sara is survived by her children; Gail Moore Priester, Pam Moore Muschara (Keith, deceased), Hiram “Hank” Bender Moore, Wade Moore, Sara Gina Moore Carver (Lonnie); grandchildren, Katie J. Frederick (Brian), April Muschara Harris (Mason), Tyler Keith Muschara (Jama), Rachel P. Mackall (Chris), Jason W. Palmer (Tae), Josh P. Palmer, James W. Moore, and Kaylin Bryant; 11 great-grandchildren, dear relatives Sandra Hickman (Joe) and Dee Blackmon (Jimmy), and numerous In-Laws, Nieces, and Nephews.

A visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 5:00pm-7:00pm. Service will take place Saturday October 22, 2016 at St. Paul Methodist Church in Greenville, AL at 11:00AM.

Pallbearers to include; Tyler Muschara, James Moore, Josh Palmer, Jason Palmer, Brian Frederick, Chris Mackall, Mason Harris, Nicholas Blackmon, Honorary Pallbearers; Joseph Hickman, Jimmy Blackmon, Lonnie Carver.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the nurses and staff at Wetumpka Health and Rehab.
