Stewart “Shannon” Lamar Daughtry III, 56, a well-known electrician and resident of the Montgomery area, passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, October 27, 2021, after a hard-fought battle against ALS.
He considered the bond of love he shared with his family to be the source of his strength and sought to share that same love with those around him.
Survivors include his parents, Lamar “Bubba” and Gail Daughtry; sister, Page Daughtry; children, Brian Daughtry and Leah Fanning (Devon); and two grandchildren Matthew and Zayne Fanning.
Visitation will be on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Leak Memory Chapel.
A graveside service will follow at 11:30 AM at Montgomery Memorial Cemetery, Bro. Chuck Francisco officiating.
