Stephen Carter Bryden

Stephen Carter Bryden of Montgomery, AL died suddenly on Tuesday, July 22, 2014. He was 69. Mr. Bryden was born on August 13, 1944 in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of the late Carter Richard & Caroline Bryden. He served 25 years in the United States Air Force and then served 23 years with the US Postal Service before retiring to play golf full time. Mr. Bryden was married to Lynell Bryden for 48 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters; Teresa (Jim) Lemerand of Wyandotte, MI, and Michele (Ray) Rogers of Wetumpka, Al, seven grandchildren, Kevin, Stephanie, Kelsey, Anna, Forest, Stephen, and Gered. Two brothers , Bruce ( Helen) Bryden of Chestertown, MD, David (Pam) Bryden of Wilmington, NC, one sister, Susan (Fred) brown of Gambrills, MD, and several nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday July 26, 2014 at 2:00pm at Dalraida United Methodist Church with full military honors.
