
William Curdts Fitzpatrick (Born: February 8 1925, Died: August 6, 2016). Bill Fitzpatrick, was a life long resident of Montgomery, Alabama. A proud graduate of the University of Alabama, who worked for the Montgomery Tax Collectors Office for twenty-five years. He was a thesis away from a masters degree in Advertising before his GI Bill ran out. He will be lovingly remembered for his kind heart, humor, love of chocolate, and true giving nature. Known to many as Bill Fitz, he was a lifelong member of the Trinity Presbyterian Church and a member of the Phi Delta Theta social fraternity. Mr. Fitzpatrick is survived by his niece and two nephews, Dr. Karen Fitzpatrick, M.D. (Rob Kunzig), Henry Tompkins Fitzpatrick III (Alice) of Montgomery, Alabama., and William Prieur Fitzpatrick (Elizabeth) of San Francisco, California. Mr. Fitzpatrick had two great nephews and four great nieces: Henry Tompkins Fitzpatrick IV, and Sarah Katherine Fitzpatrick of Montgomery, Alabama, Amelia Prieur Tankersley of Blacksburg, Virginia, Isabel Hill Tankersley of Birmingham, Alabama and Oona Burlingame Fitzpatrick and Arlo Burlingame Fitzpatrick of San Francisco, California. Mr. Fitzpatrick was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Tompkins Fitzpatrick, Sr., and Mildred Curdts Fitzpatrick, his brother, Henry Tompkins Fitzpatrick, Jr., and his sister-in-law Lillian DeLoach Fitzpatrick.
