The family will receive friends Wednesday December 23, 2020 at White Chapel Greenwood Funeral Home with a visitation from 11:30 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. with a Graveside service to follow beginning at 1:00 P.M. at Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens. He was preceded in death by his parents William Hobson Skinner Jr and Lilian Skinner and brother-in-law Bobby Goodlow.
He is survived by his wife Karen Skinner; sons Bobby (Destinee) Skinner and CW (Katheryn) Skinner; step-sons Nick (Heather) House and Chris (Laura) House; grandchildren Landon Hobson Skinner and Vale Skinner; step-grandchildren Eli House, Brentley House and Madelyn Grace House; sisters Betsy (Phil) Henle and Susan Goodlow.
