I am deeply saddened to hear of the loss of your dear and lovely sister Elena.  I am heartbroken for you.  I never had the pleasure to meet her, my mom spoke of her with such affection and respect as she did about you, dear Dina. There are no words that can take away the pain that you are enduring but know that you are loved and in our prayers, always.  You have been a source of strength to me during our loss of my beautiful mom, I hope you know that you can count on me to help lighten your load, ease your aching heart and get through to the next day.

To Elena's Family,
Elena and I worked together at the beginning of our careers at Frederick Banting School in Mtl North. Elena was a kind and gentle person and she loved her little first graders. I remember fondly how we laughed and chatted together as we  walked down and took the bus. She loved to  travel to Italy and Mexico and we often spoke   of our families. I will not be able to attend the funeral service but wish to extend my deepest sympathy to each of you.  Rest in peace, Elena.

It is with regret that this morning in the Montreal Gazette I learned of Elena's passing. Due to health issues I am unable to personally offer my respects and sympathies. Elena was my assistant at Canadian Martyers School and a resource teacher at John Caboto School. I have fond memories of Elena. She was a committed and dedicated educator always having the best interest of the children at hand. Though I cannot be present please accept my heartfelt condolences and know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during these difficult times.
