January 10, 1925 – September 22, 2018
On September 22nd our beautiful, strong and feisty mother and grandmother
peacefully passed away. She lived a full life leaving an imprint on many people’s
lives. Left to mourn and celebrate her life, are her children Gordon (Josée
Garneau), Lesley (Michael McVey) and Peter (Annabel Busby) as well as her
grandchildren whom she adored and loved dearly, Catherine, David, Philippe,
James, Karen and Jack. She was predeceased by her husband James (1989).
Many thanks to the third floor staff at the CHSLD Father Dowd for their kind and
compassionate care over the last four years as well as the volunteers of the
Auxiliary who brightened her days.
Visitation at Collins Clarke MacGillivary, 5610, rue Sherbrooke West, Montréal,
Québec, H4A 1W5 on Monday October 1, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. A funeral service
to be held October 2 at 11am preceded by visitation at 9:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations to would be appreciated to the Alzheimer Society of
Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
