Gino Rea

He leaves to mourn his loving partner of nearly two decades, Angie, his children Tony (Magdalena), Franca (Giuseppe) and Giulio (Kristeen), as well as grandchildren Isabella and Emilya, Joey and Matteo, Alivia and Lorenzo. He will be missed by his brothers and sisters, cousins, as well as many other relatives and friends. He will be joining in heaven his beloved late wife, Giuseppina.

Gino was born in Isernia (Italy), where he served in the army. He then met his wife, Giuseppina Caranci with whom he started a beautiful family in Montreal (Canada). Gino had a landscaping and snow removal business. His favorite pass time was to play bowling in a league in NDG and Lasalle. He loved gardening, his fig trees, being outside, and watching his grandchildren grow.

Visitations will take place at the Collins Clarke MacGillivray White funeral home (5610 Sherbrooke St W Montreal QC H4A1W5, parking available on Marcil in the back of the funeral home) on Tuesday Sep. 16 from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 7 pm to 10 pm. A funeral service will take place the following day, on Wednesday Sep. 17 at 11 a.m. at the Saint Catherine de Sienne Church (7070 Somerled Ave, Montreal, Quebec H4V 1V9, Canada).

His final resting place will be at the Notre Dame des Neiges cemetery.
