On Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Centre d'hébergement & de soins de longue durée Vigi Reine-Élizabeth, in Montreal Quebec. She will be sadly missed by her neighbours, relatives and friends. Born in England in 1916, Ivy grew up in Birmingham. In her young years, she moved to Canada where she stayed for the rest of her life. She worked at the Hilton Hotel for more than 45 years. She loved to travel, enjoy life and help people as volunteer.
Visitation on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White, Dignity Memorial, in 5610 Sherbrooke Street West Montréal, H4A1W5. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. at Cimitière Notre-Dame-des-Neiges after a Religious Service at the Funeral Home at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Quebec Alzheimer Society or to the Portage Foundation.
